This privacy notice explains how Spendwise, Inc. (“Spendwise,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through this website. The product is currently in private beta; this notice will be updated before financial-account connections become available.

Information we collect

If you request early access, we collect your email address, signup source, and signup time. Our web server may temporarily process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use your email to manage the beta waitlist, contact you about access, and send essential product updates. We use short-lived technical logs to prevent abuse and diagnose service problems. We do not sell personal information or use financial data for advertising.

Storage and retention

Waitlist entries are stored on our secured server. We retain them while the beta program is active or until you ask us to remove yours. Production financial data, when introduced, will be governed by an updated product privacy notice.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your waitlist information at any time. Email privacy@spendwiseinc.online from the address you used to sign up.

Security

We use encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, minimal data collection, and restricted file permissions. No service can promise absolute security, but we design systems to reduce both access and exposure.
